1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Description

  • We provide personalized online fitness coaching, including workout plans, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking.

  • All content (videos, guides, etc.) is digital; no physical products are shipped.

  • You acknowledge: Results vary based on individual effort, health conditions, and adherence.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information (name, email, payment details).

  • Keep login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

  • Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Payments, Billing & Refunds

  • Fees: Subscription fees are listed at checkout (e.g., $99/month). All prices in USD.

  • Billing: Recurring charges auto-renew until canceled. You authorize ongoing payments via Stripe/PayPal.

  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your account dashboard. No refunds for partial billing periods.

  • Refunds:

    • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase (email sales@druidfuel.com).

    • After 14 Days: No refunds except as required by law.

  • Chargebacks will result in immediate service termination and a $50 dispute fee.

5. Health Disclaimer

WARNING:

“Druid Fitness is NOT a medical service. Consult your physician before starting any fitness program. You assume all risks of injury, illness, or death from using our Service. We are not liable for any health complications arising from your use of our programs.”

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (workouts, videos, text) is owned by Druid Fitness and protected by copyright.

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

  • Sharing, reselling, or reverse-engineering our content is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Submit false health information.

  • Harass coaches or other users.

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes.

  • Violations may result in immediate account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for:

    • Injuries sustained during training.

    • Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).

    • Third-party actions (e.g., payment processor errors).

  • Maximum liability = fees paid to us in the past 6 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Payment failures.

  • Violations of these T&C.

  • Upon termination, all access rights expire immediately.

10. Dispute Resolution
